DESCRIPTION: SCP-9000 is the Administrator: a primordial, eschatological entity embodying the tenets of Security, Containment, and Protection. The existence of the SCP Foundation is inextricably linked to SCP-9000, who claims to be the ultimate progenitor of the Foundation and its numerous historical precursors.

SCP-9000 is simultaneously a passive, universal force and a gestalt sapience with agency; through its passive exertion of metaphysical constructs upon reality, SCP-9000 naturally gives rise to the physical incarnation of aspects of itself, which carry out its will directly. When multiple aspects exist simultaneously, the embodied essence of SCP-9000 is distributed roughly evenly among them, and so when its aspects are fewer, they are each individually more powerful.

Total containment of SCP-9000's influence upon reality would constitute the suppression of its associated tenets, including the ideal of Containment itself.
